Kody Packaging’s stand-up spout pouch is designed for Middle East retail, foodservice, and refill applications where shelf presence, leak resistance, and filling-line compatibility matter. The bottom gusset allows the pouch to stand firmly on supermarket shelves, café counters, and chilled displays, while the spout is heat-sealed to the pouch body and the edges are widened for stronger seals during transport and storage. Spout diameter can be aligned with your filling equipment, with screw caps or valve options suited to direct drinking, portion control, or bulk dispensing.

The pouch is produced with food-grade laminated film, and barrier layers can be selected based on your product requirements to balance stiffness, flexibility, and product protection. Available in approximately 100ml to 5L, it supports mineral water, juice and other beverages, as well as liquid seasonings and detergents. For high-speed operations, matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic filling lines.

Customization is available across pouch shape, spout position, dimensions, and overall silhouette, using your samples or artwork. Brand graphics and product information are printed with 1–8 colour gravure printing for detailed visuals and consistent colour presentation. Produced in-house at Kody Packaging’s Dongguan facility within a Class 10000 clean workshop, orders are planned against approved artwork with an MOQ of 10,000 pieces.
