この成形液体ポーチは、上部に吊り下げ展示用のパンチ穴を備え、少量の液体を単回使用で取り出すのに適した設計です。本体は丸みを帯びたコーナーまたはカスタムのダイカット形状とした三面シールポーチで、開口部には引き裂き用ノッチやジグザグ裁断を加工でき、ローションをこぼれることなく-suき하게押し出せます。より幅広い液体包装の製品ラインナップでは、粘度や補充用途に応じてスパウト、バタフライバルブ、ジッパー留め具を追加できます。
PET/PE、PET/AL/PE、NY/PEなどのラミネート材を使用し、充填する内容物とその賞味期限に応じて構造と厚みを調整します。印刷は1～8色のグラビア印刷で、スポットカラー、グラデーション、全面印刷に対応し、鮮明なディテールと安定した色調を実現します。標準容量は20ml～30mlで、5ml～100mlのサンプルサイズも生産可能です。ポーチの幅、高さ、穴の位置、形状（輪郭）はすべて受注生産に対応し、対応するロールフィルムも供給可能です。
