Designed for hotels, guesthouses, airlines and travel-retail packs across the UAE and wider Middle East, this shaped liquid pouch provides a clean, compact solution for single-use toiletries and personal-care samples. The integrated hang hole supports neat hanging display in amenity sets, retail displays and travel kits, while the three-side-seal body can be produced with rounded corners or a custom die-cut silhouette that matches brand identity. Tear notches or zigzag openings enable controlled dispensing, and optional spouts, butterfly valves or zippers can be added for different liquid viscosities and refill requirements.
The standard structure uses PET/PE laminated film, with PET/AL/PE or NY/PE alternatives available when enhanced barrier performance or shelf-life protection is required. Dongguan Kody Plastic Products Co., Ltd. adjusts laminate structure and thickness according to the filled product and storage requirements. Branding is delivered through 1–8 colour gravure printing, including spot colours, gradients and full-surface coverage, while pouch width, height, hang-hole position and shaped outline can all be tailored, with matching roll film also supplied.
With a standard 20–30ml range and additional 5–100ml sample capacities, the pouches are suitable for hotel amenity collections, airline travel kits, cosmetic samples, shampoo and body wash trial packs, e-commerce gifts and regional sampling campaigns. Customers can provide an existing sample or approved artwork, and Kody Packaging will confirm material, dimensions and print layout before producing a proof for approval. Production takes place in the Dongguan Class 10000 clean room facility, with an MOQ of 10,000 pieces and delivery managed to the agreed schedule.
