Brands can choose three-side seal, four-side seal, or shaped stand-up structures, along with a spout, angled nozzle, or valve for controlled pouring and resealing. Tear notches and hang holes can also be added to support easy opening and shelf presentation.
The pouch uses PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE laminated film, with barrier and sealant layers selected based on the liquid application to help prevent punctures, light exposure, and leakage. It is available across a 100ml to 5L volume range, while film width, bag length, and spout diameter are calculated according to the actual fill volume. For businesses with in-house filling operations, matching roll film is also available.
