Its spout is engineered to accept a twin-needle connector, while single spout, valve, and screw cap configurations can be supplied based on project requirements. Four-side heat-pressed seals deliver a clean, secure finish, and the reinforced needle seat reduces puncture damage and leakage during needle insertion and ongoing use.
Manufactured by Dongguan Kody Plastic Products Co., Ltd. (Kody Packaging), the bags use PET/PE laminated film as standard, with PA/PE or aluminium foil laminated structures available when improved puncture resistance or light-blocking performance is needed. Film thickness and barrier properties can be matched to the specific liquid formulation and handling conditions. Branding, application instructions, and specification markings can be printed using 1–8 colour gravure technology, with custom sizes, connector positions, handle designs, and matching same-material roll film available to support tailored packaging lines.
The solution is widely used for tree infusion, humic acid and amino acid liquid fertilizers, foliar feeds, water-soluble fertilizers, and other agrochemical liquids, as well as selected household and industrial liquid products.
